Hip Hip Hooray!

I've been busy catching up on all the swaps that are due in early March. I am particularly proud of this little number. I'm to cheap to buy the SU cloud stencil so I made my own, just cut some scrap cardstock into a cloud shape, and sponged on Tempteming Turquoise Classic Ink. I thought the results turned out very cute! Supplies Used: Hip Hip Horray Stamp Set, Classic Inks all SU. DP from Around the Block, Ribbon from Walamrt, Watercolor paper from Canson.
